INTRODUCTION

 

The modern complementary healing arts looks to illness (or unpleasantness) as a result of physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual imbalance, whereby some way or other we do not feel at ease at the moment. For example negative thinking, surpressed emotions, addictions or other attitudinal patrons can cause some of these symptoms.

 

CRYSTALS IN GENERAL

 

The most crystals, which are used in crystal healing, are minerals, sturdy elements that have been created during the cooling form phases in the development of the earth, approximately 5 Millard years ago.  The rocks wherein the crystals where found are aggregates (mixtures) of minerals and they are magmata, sedimentary or metamorphic, depending upon the formations.
